Order Scheduling

This form is divided in two part: one shows the agenda of Examination Room and the other the Pending Orders List.

You can select the filters for the agenda or for the Pending Orders List and refresh the form click on .

You can show also a multi-day view of the agenda click on Select ...

This is an example of weekly view. You have different colours to free or occupied slots.

You can manage the agenda locking and unlocking or closing for service. You see the scheduled slot and the related Patient Name. If you click on the trash you unschedule the order: the order goes back into pending list and an HL7 message is sent to Order Placer. Then you can reschedule the order to another slot or you can delete it.

You can see every performed order or pending order for the same patient click on , see the complete radiological patient folder click on , reject the order click on ( in the case that the order is created by an Hospital Order Placer the system asking you the reason to this operation in order to communicate to the other sistem using a HL7 ORM^O01 message with Order Control CA).

To schedule an order simply choose the right day in the right agenda, click on the hour selector box (you can choose multiple to obtain differents duration of the exams) and then click on in the corresponding order.
