Patient Administration

Clicking on Patient Folder Button you enter in Patient Administration Section.

Insert the patient data into the fields and clicking on the search button you browse the patient archive to find a patient. All the search are "LIKE" select.

This the result for the search filter Family Name = DO. If the patient is present into the list you can access to him/her radiology folder clicking on the button . If the patient is not present you can add it.

N.B.: There are two ways to insert a patient, one is the possibility to insert it directly in MARiS-OF (the procedure described above) the other is to configure an ADT system and receive ADT^A01 or ADT^A04 or ADT^A05 messages. If the Hospital ADT system is not configured to send ADT broadcasting messages when MARiS-OF received an ORM^O01 message verify if the patient is present and in the negative case insert him.
